You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, or harms C(mm)nspace, its service providers, its suppliers, or any other user. You agree to behave respectfully and professionally when using booked spaces.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a space, you are agreeing to the terms set forth by the space owner, including the price, time, and any included amenities. All payments are processed securely through our platform. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific policy of each space owner.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
